This delicious artisan Irish pure honey is produced by beekeeper Michael Dickson from Ballagh Honey Farm in Co. Tipperary. 

Michael’s honey changes throughout the seasons as his 200 hives with native Irish honey bees move from one harvest to another.   Traditionally the unique nectar is harvested from the second week of June until the end of July.   This honey is delicate and sweet,  with a floral aroma. As Ballaghhoney farm honey is not heat-treated, the delicate aromas, natural vitamins, living enzymes, and other nutritional elements are preserved.
